Now, backed by the Prime Minister of our country they have imposed a 15 day regulation according to which an individual can send only 5 sms per day, 20kb data/sms. It has been imposed to limit bulk text messaging which has led to an upsurge followed by exodus of North-East Indians from Southern India especially, Karnataka and Maharashtra.
